Personalized invitations (merge tags)
If you want one survey to ask the same questions about many different things (*"How was your experience with {{customer_name}}?"* across 20 different customers), see the dedicated Personalization (Merge Tags) article. The Distribute tab gains a *Personalization* section when your survey has merge tags; you upload a CSV with one row per recipient and each invite is provisioned with that row's values frozen onto it.
Effective distribution is key to survey success. Choose the right methods for your audience and continuously optimize based on performance data.
