Contact Lists
Creating a Contact List
- Navigate to Contacts in your organization dashboard
- Click Create New List
- Name your list and add a description
- Add contacts manually or import in bulk
Importing Contacts
Upload contacts from CSV files:
- PRO: Up to 1,000 contacts per upload, 5,000 total contacts, 10 lists/month
- BUSINESS: Up to 10,000 contacts per upload, 100,000 total contacts, 100 lists/month
Contact Fields
Each contact includes:
- Email address (required)
- Name (optional)
- Custom metadata
Email Distribution
Sending Survey Invitations
- Open your active survey
- Go to the Distribute tab
- Select Email Distribution
- Choose a contact list
- Customize the email template
- Schedule or send immediately
