The Partner API allows you to programmatically create and manage Revuloop organizations for your customers. This is ideal for:

Key Capabilities

One-Click Provisioning

Provision a complete client setup with a single API call. Creates an organization, admin user, API key, cloned surveys from templates, event mappings, and branding atomically.

Event Integration

Map external events (e.g., visitor check-ins, resource events) to surveys. Inbound webhooks automatically trigger smart sessions or return survey URLs.

Template Catalog

Browse and clone survey templates during provisioning. Templates include questions, skip logic, and question groups.

SSO Integration

Generate short-lived SSO tokens for seamless single sign-on. Users are automatically logged in when redirected.

Usage & Billing

Track usage across all provisioned organizations, view aggregate metrics, and access invoice history.

Embeddable Cards

Lightweight card analytics for signage, tablets, and kiosks. Get scores, sentiment, themes, and AI summaries via the card-summary endpoint.

Getting Started as a Partner

Partner API access uses dedicated rlpk_ prefixed API keys with partner-specific scopes. To get started:

Apply for a partner account through our partner program
Once approved, receive your partner API credentials (live and test)
Use the test credentials to build your integration in sandbox mode
Switch to live credentials when ready to provision real organizations
